Maria Pitacakes Catering started with a journey rooted in passion and mentorship. Before Pitacakes, it was Cojo Catering, where owner Joni Stoughton gave me the opportunity to learn the catering business. I began as a dessert baker and, over 18 years, learned all aspects of catering. When Cojo sadly closed, Joni saw my potential and encouraged me to start my own venture. Though I initially hesitated, thinking I wasn't ready, I took the leap in 2024. Now, that dream is a delicious reality, serving flavorful, homemade cuisine to every table.
